I am trying to get Swish Fibre installed at my home address:
Please note this web page is not available for public view - it's just the easiest way to provide the directors of Swish with the information they need to know.
Today is 4/6/23
Here's a small selection of emails from Swish over the last 20 months.
Dear Jerry Peal
Thank you for registering your interest in Swish Fibre.
We’re delighted to let you know that your property is within our build area and we are working as fast as we can to bring the service to your street.
We’ll let you know as soon as Swish is available to pre-order so that you can be among the first in your town to experience our Full Fibre broadband network.
In the meantime, please visit our website for up to date Build Updates.
Dear Peal Sound Limited
Thank you for registering your interest in Swish Fibre for Business.
We’re delighted to let you know that your Business is within our build area and we are working as fast as we can to bring the service to your street.
Your engineers made a site visit here to inspect the telegraph poles.
Another site visit. Blue paint road markings put on the road for the diggers.
Apologies for the delay coming back to you.
I have followed up with our PM David and he has advised the following,
We are still struggling getting the feeder (main light source) to the Askett Village which is affecting the whole area, I am unable to propose the dates on the wayleave areas, until I get the issue with feeder resolved.
We have not forgotten about providing a service to your house or your neighbours, once the above issue is rectified we will be in a better position to provide dates.
I am the new Business Sales Executive for Swish Fibre & I am following up on all Business ROIs.
According to my records you have submitted an interest for our business services. I can confirm that the postcode you provided is within our design catchment and our super-fast fibre will be available for service.
Shall we get something in the diary for February?
Best wishes and I hope to hear back from you soon,
Business Sales Executive
Good afternoon Jerry,
I’m sorry for the delayed response. At the moment we don't have a build partner or a project manager for your town as they have moved on to other projects. However, your town is a priority for us and we plan to revisit it soon, though we don't have a specific date yet.
I'll keep you updated if there are any changes.
